Overview

I am a technology leader with a background in software development, platform systems, technical leadership and psychology.

My work focuses on helping engineering and product teams deliver reliable software while navigating complex technical and business environments.

Leadership

Over the past decade I have worked across startups and large organizations building software platforms leading multidisciplinary teams.

My focus is helping engineers and analysts do their best work while building systems that remain reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs. At my core I bring people and systems together by communicating, illustrating earnest care and responding analytically.

Ad tech environments change quickly. I help teams remain steady amid shifting priorities, rapid experimentation, and evolving platform demands. We simplify and apply AI tools pragmatically to reduce friction and support sound decisions.

I view the engineering leader role as systemic. The individual, the team, the organization, vendor partners and ultimately the customer are interconnected layers and thus must be strengthened together rather than separately.

Technical Interests

I enjoy exploring complex systems in many forms.

Professionally this includes distributed systems, ad tech platforms, data infrastructure, and engineering operations. Before leading teams, I was a Lead UI Engineer in ad tech.

Personally, I explore ancient history, Russian literature, and wisdom traditions. I am a classically trained illustrator. I love creative technology like 3D modeling and printing, generative tools and diving deep into psychology and science.
